The clip works well, I did bend mine a little for a more secure hold. Mounting screw holes line up perfectly, cutout and coating are well done. My only issue, and it's a small one is that the material may be a little thin which allows the clip to move while using a firm grip or resting your fingers on the clip to close the knife. It's only a slight movement.
