The thumb stud is bigger and easier to use with gloves than the original and was easy to install. It doesn’t impact the carry ability of the knife and looks sharp once installed. I have two very minor critiques that would be helpful if your considering this thumbstud. First the green doesn’t match the green of the handle 100%, this isn’t a big deal to me as my knife is used. The thumb stud is also larger, and will need to be removed for use with controlled angle sharpening systems such as the Lansky or WorkSharp Ken Onion Edition.

Matches my Osborne spacers and places the thumb stud on the only side I use it on. Perfect! Easy to install and gives my thumb a good purchase without being bulky. Completely happy so far.
