I purchased a set of red thumb studs for my benchmade freek. When I received them they had mismatching cuts on the studs and it was apparent they were not the same. I contacted the seller and they were prompt to ship out another set free of charge. They replied quickly and I received the package after about 2 weeks (they had to ship to Florida from Canada). I highly recommend using thread lock on the thumb studs, they tend to loosen without the thread lock. They look and feel great, solid fit. I highly recommend this seller for you aftermarket customization of your knife :)
